On behalf of the Wakina Tonka chapter let me welcome you. Order of the Arrow is a service organization for BSA. We serve the youth of the district and council by providing leadership training, maintaining camps, creating and supporting programs within the district. Order of the Arrow is Youth Run. All Chapter Officers are elected youth, with adult support.

The Chapter consists of all members of the Order of the Arrow in Lewis and Clark District: youth members ages 13-21 and adult members above 21. We meet twice a month. (please see our meeting page for times and dates )

Lewis and Clark District is on the East Side of Portland, Oregon. Our geographical boundaries run from the Willamette River to the I-205 freeway and from the tip of St. Johns in North Portland to Gladstone in Clackamas County in the South.
